Friday was the BIG day that Tucker had his tubes put in...so far so good! The procedure was less than 10 minutes and although he was a little cranky when he woke up, he was perfect the rest of the day!!!! THANK GOD! We are so excited that maybe, oh just maybe, the ear aches and pain have left us for a while! The thing was, Tucker was always a good baby even before tubes. I can't wait to see how good he can really be after tubes. He always slept pretty good and was so happy and playful. Well since the procedure on Friday he has put himself to sleep in his own crib, doesn't wake up at all during the night, and sleeps from 10-12 hours!! WOOOHOO, is all I can say. He is a lot more vocal since Friday too, probably because he can hear finally!!!
We have almost hit the 7 month mark and I can't believe! I mean can't believe it at all! He is a little man more and more each day. Here is a shot of him at six months
(I know its small, but you can see how GREAT it is right?)

SO SO SO glad to hear this! Can you believe our boys are getting so big???
That's such good news! That's a pretty standard procedure and I'm glad it went well!
What a cute little boy...
Oh, btw, we're pregnant! Haven't seen you around in a while, so I wanted to let you know...
He's a handsome little devil. Glad it went well!
The shirt and tie are adorable!!
(Lurker, but now commenting!)
I had constant ear infections as a kid, and when I was 5 I had tubes put in.
of course the procedure is completely different now, and kids are out in 5 minutes, but I had to stay in the hospital over night. Anyhow. I never again had an ear infection until my late 20s and that was because water got trapped in there. Your boy will do just fine and hopefully no more ear pains!
